NEW MARKETING TRENDS IN THE U.S. FOR THE BRAZILIAN
FILM INDUSTRY – DISTRIBUTION
According to MPAA – Motion Pictures Association
of America, in 2004, 611 feature films were produced in
the U.S. From this total, 483 were distributed, but 41%
(198 films) were handled by “major” companies,
indicating their importance and dominance in the market.
