Cristal Lens Awards

The 9th Brazilian Film Festival of Miami will offer to the winners of the event the Cristal Lenses Award, created by the artist Helena Bressane. Cristal Lens Awards are handed out in the feature length category, and in the short length category. The Jury, who elects the winners in the several categories, is composed primarily by professionals of the US film industry highly specialized in production, direction, distribution and screening.

Kodak Awards
Kodak Motion Picture offers 2 hours of 35mm film 2548 to the feature films winners of the Best Picture Public Choice Award and Best Picture Jury Award.

Media Awards
The local media formed by representatives from the major Brazilian, Hispanic and American newspapers in South Florida, will select the best feature film of the year.

Proud to be a Brazilian Award
This award will be offered by TAM Brazilian Airlines for the film that best represents the image and culture of Brazil through art.

Quanta Awards
Quanta will offer R$6.000,00(six thousand reais) in lighting equipment for the short film winner of the Best Film Public Choice Award.
